Mightlift is a B2B professional electric forklift OEM & ODM manufacturer. This Privacy Policy governs all personal data collected from website visitors, inquiry submitters, wholesale distributors and corporate procurement clients. We comply with EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and cross-border data transfer rules for global industrial buyers.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Voluntarily Submitted Data (From Quote/Contact Forms)

When you submit a request for forklift quotation, custom fleet solution or factory tour, we collect:
  • Full name, job title, company name
  • Business email, phone number, country/region
  • Demand details: forklift tonnage (1T/2T/3T/3.5T), cold-chain usage, bulk order quantity, OEM customization requirements
     
    Purpose: Respond to your technical consultation, issue proforma invoices, arrange factory direct supply cooperation and after-sales technical support.

2.2 Automatically Collected Technical Data

Via cookies, server logs and analytics tools: anonymized IP, browser type, device model, page visit records, click behavior, timestamp, referral source. We do not track precise geographic location.

2.3 Excluded Data

We do not intentionally collect personal data of minors under 18, consumer retail user payment info, bank card or sensitive identity documents. Our website targets business purchasing professionals only.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

  1. Contract performance: Process your data to fulfill pre-order consultation, quotation and bulk order cooperation requests (GDPR Art.6(1)(b)).
  2. Legitimate interest: Optimize website service, conduct internal business statistics for industrial equipment sales (GDPR Art.6(1)(f)).

  3. Conduct after-consultation follow-up for B2B distributors, manufacturing plants and cold-chain enterprises.
  4. Internal business analysis to improve product display and website user experience.
  5. Comply with legal tax, customs and export record retention obligations.

  • Storage period: Client inquiry data retained for 5 years after last communication; completed order records retained for 10 years to meet export regulatory requirements. Anonymous analytics data stored for maximum 26 months.
  • Security measures: Encrypted website transmission (HTTPS), password-protected client database, internal staff access authority control, regular server security inspection. While we adopt commercially reasonable protection standards, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute zero data risk.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfer

If you are located in EU, UK, North America or Southeast Asia, your personal data may be transmitted to our China manufacturing base. We implement standard data protection clauses to safeguard cross-border data per GDPR requirements.
